14 Day Right to Cancel & Statutory Cooling-Off Period

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without explanation. This period ends 14 days after the day you receive physical possession of your products. A cancellation button and request form are available to assist our customers.

Hygiene & Statutory Exemptions to Returns.

​

Due to health protection and hygiene laws, you cannot return the following items once delivered.

​

1. Pierced earrings and body jewellery if the protective packaging or seal is broken.

2. Aromatherapy oils, bath products, cosmetics, or balms if the security seal has been tampered with or opened.

3. Custom-made or personalised retail sets prepared specifically to your order.

Shipping.

​We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days from receiving your order and delivery on UK based products is normally within 5 working days from dispatch. Products dispatched from outside of the UK are estimated to arrive within 15-30 days and in most cases will be shipped directly to the customer.

Shipping Costs are based on Standard Shipping within the UK and will be confirmed in the charges displayed at checkout and accepted by the customer when they click "pay now". Orders over a specified value are eligible for Free Shipping which will be displayed at checkout.

Refunds and Return Shipping Liability.

If you cancel, we will refund your product cost and standard outbound shipping. The customer must however pay the direct cost of return shipping. We will process your refund via Wix within 14 days of receiving the products or verified proof of return posting.

Variation and amendment of terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions without notice and to ensure compliance and the best customer service.

Compliance / Age Verification.

All customers are welcome on our website and we are pleased to assist. Where age restrictions apply to product purchases age verification will be requested and must be verified before purchase can proceed. For the safety and wellbeing of our customers we reserve the right to refuse sales where verification or legal requirements cannot be satisfactorily confirmed. Thank you for your understanding.

Product availability and images.

We reserve the right to update, amend or withdraw products without notice and to ensure our customers receive the best possible purchase experience. In the unlikely event that orders are affected by such changes we will offer a full refund or alternative options to our customers who will be advised at the earliest opportunity and to prevent delay or disappointment.

Images.

Product images are used to provide the customer with visual choices and selection. The nature of some our products, particularly those which are hand crafted is such that colour and dimension may vary slightly which is outside of our control. The product supplied may therefore vary in appearance to that in our images but will always be the product ordered unless otherwise agreed with the customer in advance of dispatch / delivery.

Payment Methods and Data Storage.

All available payment methods are set out at checkout for customer choice and are securely processed through Wix payments.

Personal information such as name and address and payment details are securely stored and utilised for the purpose of payment and provision of goods purchased including contact in respect of orders and delivery and transaction processing (payment providers). We do not share personal details with any other services beyond those noted for transaction and fulfilment purposes. Where customers submit contact forms their information will be stored for the purpose of response and resolution and the provision of customer services and website membership.
